06A CLEAR CONVERSATION
Specific answers make it easier to compare what you were told with the actual terms of your visit.
“Is this the total for our whole group?”
“Are the room charge and TC included?”
“What costs extra if we stay longer?”
07UNDERSTAND THE TOTAL
Compare the same group size and session length to see the differences clearly. This guide does not quote unverified flat rates.
Start with the initial quote,
add separately charged items, and check
the final total.
| Item | What to check | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Room charge | Whether it costs extra, room size and group size covered | Group size |
| Drinks and food | Product names, bottle sizes and quantities, plus included food and soft drinks | Package contents |
| TC | What the charge covers, the number of people and time units, and whether it is included | Confirm separately |

11BEFORE YOU AGREE

14FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Look beyond the karaoke facilities to the actual business type, drinks and food, room arrangements and services. A venue's label does not mean it offers the same package or services as another.
Admission for solo visitors and mixed-gender groups, minimum orders and room requirements vary by venue. Provide your exact group size and makeup when booking to check.
This depends on room availability and operations that day. Before setting off, share your arrival time and group size and check actual availability. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
Minimum orders or drinks package requirements may apply even if you do not drink alcohol. Ask whether non-alcoholic drinks can be substituted and confirm the total cost.
Check whether timing starts on arrival, entry or the start of service. Before visiting, also ask whether waiting time or guests joining late affects the calculation.
Check the quote for what TC covers, the number of people and time units used, and whether it is included. Ask which charges increase if more people join or you extend your session.
Include your preferred language in your enquiry so availability can be checked. Language support for booking enquiries and direct communication at the venue need to be confirmed separately.
Confirm whether cards and foreign-issued cards are accepted, whether receipts can be issued, who receives the deposit and how it is applied to the bill. If a deposit is required, keep the terms for cancellation, late arrival and group size changes.
The videos and some images on this page are atmosphere references reused from the Goguryeo page. Ask your contact separately for recent photos, room sizes, facilities and terms at the venue you will actually visit.
During your enquiry, ask who the contact works for and what they handle. Confirm the actual venue name, on-site contact and who will explain charges and any changes.
Tell your confirmed contact about the change and ask whether it affects the room, drinks package or total cost. Let them know in advance if anyone will join late.
An enquiry and a confirmed booking are separate steps. Agree on the venue, date, time, group size, arrangements, price and terms for changes, then check that the booking is confirmed.
